I have a new Series 3 with an internal 1tb upgrade (no problems with that upgrade). I am trying to add external esata 1tb drive. With the drive attached, the Tivo sees the new drive, asks all the questions to set it up, gets to the end, (press thumbs down three times then enter), after that, the Tivo reboots and still says a new drive was detected. These questions will groundhog day and repeat the same as listed above.

Question, could a bad drive cause this, or any other ideas?
