  • Unable to order PPV movies with remote

    I have a DirecTV R10 DVR. When I try to order a PPV movie using the remote, it shows a Serv. X733 message. Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it so I can order through the DirecTV box?

    That generally means that you need to force a dial-in so that your card can transmit all of its data to the DirecTV servers.

    Do you have your phone line connected? Have you forced a dial in?
