Series 2 intermitent audio problems

On recorded shows occasionaly i am losing the audio, however i can still hear the Tivo sounds.

My current loop is cable box>tivo>tv, with coax going fromthe cable box to the tivo as well as av cables.

The audio problem. appears intermittenly and isnt localized to one channel, Ive checked all the connections and replaced the audio cables from teh tivo to the TV.

Any ideas?

the audio will cut out, and i can still hear tivo button sounds and then seems to come back on.

You should try disconnecting and reconnecting your cable box - our guess is that there is some cabling problem there causing the intermittent issues.

Been here a long time . . .
