I purchased an external for my tivo HD DVR (series 3 not 250 gb version though). I realized after it was shipped that I ordered the wrong one. Is there a way to reformat it so that I don't need to ship it back out to get the correct one?
This is the one I have but its stock. Would it be possible to send just the drive back and keep the external case and get an exchange for the correct one.
