    Missing Channel Logos

    I have an RCA DVR40 DirecTivo box with a newly installed Weaknees 80 GB HD. Current software is 6.2.
    I've noticed that all my channel logos have been replaced by a generic DirecTV logo. I tried a system restart and nothing seemed to be fixed.
    Is there anything I can do to get the logos back?

    When the software updates to 6.3f (should be anytime) you'll get the logos back.

      Hasn't 6.3f been out for several months now? I installed the new hard drive about 5 weeks ago and have yet to even get upgraded to 6.3e. How long should it usually take to download a new software version? I was under the impression that DTV sync's software about every month, so I should at least be up to 6.3e.
      And I swear that I had the logos before (with the new HD)...I just noticed all of a sudden that they are now replaced with the DTV logo (on the channel banner) and no logos in the Now Playing list.

        It should be soon - make sure you have an active phone connection attached to the TiVo and that test calls work.
        Been here a long time . . .
