HR10-250 "powering up" tried 3 drives...

I have two of these units and one of them has really been a nightmare. It has the HDMI connector problem and I have already replaced one hard drive one year ago..

Now it is stuck on "Welcome. Powering up..." and I have tried 3 seperate hard drive replacements. Oh, I also changed the power supply about a year ago. What else could be the problem?

If you have tried known working drives (with good software) and a working ps, then the only conclusion is a bad motherboard.
