We just got a refurbished DirectvDVR from WeaKnees. Set it up, got the card activated by DirectV, no problems. Initially, everything was working. Now I get Guide menus, display menus, Tivo Central, etc., but when I select a program, there is no video or audio, just a grey screen. Sometimes video and sound come back, but now are gone for quite a while.

Now after 30 minutes of grey screen audio and video are back. No idea what's happening.

New info: Items on my To Do List only record if they are already set to the channel the program is on. Otherwise, the Now Playing list shows the program in progress,but it doesn't switch to the correct channel and when I try to look at Live TV on that channel, I get the same grey screen--no video or audio. Anybody else seen this?
