This is my second Tivo unit over the past four years and I think it's going. I have three problems but one seems unique.

1. TV picture goes black and white with rainbow colors flickering across the screen. TV has picture in picture and I have hooked up a different receiver from another room. When I put in picture in picture mode, the picture with Tivo video feed is in black and white or it's rainbow colored. The other feed from the other room is perfectly fine so I don't think it's my television. Tivo picture eventually comes back after several minutes. It does not come back by pressing standby. You just have to wait for it. I have checked all outside connections.

2. Tivo locks up. I have to unplug to restart.

3. Tivo powers off and turns back on.
