I just had verizon fios installed in my house,all tv internet and phone. They installed a Motorola cable box #QIP 2500-3 Now my Tivo Series 2 DT digital video recorder will not record. I tried the IR control cable but it works sometimes and sometimes it don't. is there any cables that i can buy for this cable box. I see a 9 pin data connector on the back of the new cable box. IF you could give me some information. I would appreciate it Verizon said he knows nothing about TIVO. Thank YOU. [email protected]
