In January, WeaKnees replaced the hard drive in my Sony SVR-3000. Today, there doesn't seem to be any information in the "Now Playing" directory, and we cannot access any other directory. We have not been able to turn off the unit completely since the unit's return to us on 11 January, but this did not seem to be a problem until now. Is there some way we can do a "soft power down" of the unit and force its software to restart? I hate to physically shut down the power to the machine, especially as the red "recording" light is now on. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
