We ran into some problems (no data showing on Now Playing) that weren't resolved when we restarted, so, we did a total restart that deletes everything. Unfortunately, now we are stuck at the deleting all files - this may take an hour screen. Do you think a new hard drive will help? And if so, when I replace the hard drive, do I need to know my account number or something - I don't have any idea where my paperwork is for TIVO.
