HR 10-250 Setup Problem

I recently purchased a HR 10-250 off of ebay. The unit works, except for local programming. The local programming is still set for the west coast where the unit came from. I went through the guided setup, it shows my zip code. I called Directv and their tech assistant was no help at all, I wasted a half an hour with him. Is there some way to reset the local programming for my local channels? Thanks.

You re-did Guided Setup and activated a new access card in the unit with DirecTV?

Been here a long time . . .

I did a total reset. It took a while and another call to DirecTV, but it works now.
