  • Upgrade 2 hard drives to 1

I am planning on upgrading my DirecTV R10 to a larger hard drive. I did this a couple years ago, replacing the original 80GB drive with two 320GB drives, and had no trouble transferring all my settings, recorded shows, etc. I have already purchased my new, single Seagate DB35 750GB drive to replace the two 320's. My question is this:

Is it possible to transfer my recorded programs from the two 320GB drives to the 750GB, or am I going to have to use my original 80GB (which I saved) to prep my new 750GB, and lose all my recordings?

    Found my own answer

    I found my own answer...checked Hinsdale how-to, it's all there...nevermind!

OK - for everyone else, no, you can't move recordings from two drives to one. You can move settings, but not recordings.
      Been here a long time . . .
