I have a series 2 Humax, it has an old software 5.4, I am trying to upgrade to the new 7.1 I have tried many times over the phone. It still shows the smae software. I put ina request for software upgrade. It was accepted. Cna I get that on a CD and download it into the Tivo. Any help would be good.

It should be going to 9.x. What is the "status" on your System Information screen?
