? Which TiVo Model to choose from ?

By looking over all the TiVo units out there, how can one decide which one to buy ?
Do all the TiVo's basically have all the same functions ?
I realize that there is a difference in the recording time, like 40hr., and 60hr., and 80hr., plus.
Is there a thread that you can direct me to which explains all the pros and cons of all models mentioned ?
Anyway, I'm looking for at least an 80hr. unit.

The big differences are: some are for DirecTV, and some basically aren't.

Next, some can do HD in addition to SD, and some can't.

Finally, some have built-in DVD recorders (non-DirecTV, non-HD).
