Need receipt for rebate

I just bought a dual-tuner tivo from weaknees, and I'm trying to get the rebate. They say I need a receipt or packing slip that I did not get with the package. The only email I got from weaknees is the shipping confirmation, which has no information on either the price I paid or the model I ordered. I can't believe that this is sufficient...

The email receipt comes right after you order. IF you didn't get it, just email us with order info (order number if you have it; name, address, phone and what you ordered if you don't have an order number), and we'll gladly resend the invoice. You can use our contact form:
