series 1 and digital converter

I recently got a series 1 tivo svr 2000 with a lifetime subscription as a present..my cable company is digital and uses the Motorola DC700 digital converter..I am unable to hook up the tivo to the converter ..any suggestions on this type of system hookup ..thanks

Do you have the IR blaster? If not, that's likely what you need. We have them here:
