I have 3 TiVo's, with one causing a problem.
When I select a program to record, the TiVo does set it up to record, but the screen to allow season pass and other options never appears. Nor does the option to set the recording time longer (sporting events). If I want to add the program to a season pass or change recording quality or extend the recording time, I have to go through my To Do List.
The software version is 9.101.2.565, just like my other Toshiba unit that works fine.
