Your TX20 will control the Hughes box, so you simply have to go through guided setup on your TX20 TiVo and find the code that will enable the TiVo to talk to th Hughes receiver.

Yes There are two codes for my box, however, my tivo triples the channel number: ie(202 = 222000222), the code that I have found is for a replacement remote for dtv #rc32, it operates perfectly, but that particular code is not listed in the tivo, even through the advanced mode, where you can see the list of codes, you just can't enter your own. I did an upgrade with instantcake, and a year ago, I was reading there may be other hacks or access, is this true? Even with the advanced mode it seems that no matter which sat box I choose, it still shows the same listing of numbers.

The TiVo remote can't emulate a code on an RC32 - that's another form of universal full of codes. You'll really only get the TiVo remote to use the direct Hughes codes.

I'm not really worried about the tivo remote working the hughes box, it's the tivo unit itself w/ the ir blaster, that I can't get to work right

The IR blaster doesn't control the TiVo, right? Just the remote does.

No, The Ir blaster from the Tivo unit wont control the sat box correctly, I want to use my Tivo and Tivo remote to control my hughes box, instead of using my rc32 dtv remote, I have an ir blaster plugged in at the back of my Tivo and set in front of the hughes box. Thats why I was looking for codes or how to import new codes into my Tivo unit, I don't so much want the Peanut remote to work my box, I want the Tivo itself to work the box, so I can use the tivo guide and to control my box with 1 remote, I have programmed the peanut remote to control my sat box, but those particular codes don't seem to be in the Tivo listing when I go through the guided setup, or even the advanced setup. the only 2 codes I can find in my tivo unit, make my sat box triple the entry ie.22255522 = 252

Right - OK - that's the way it needs to be. I just thought you were trying to hook it up differently.
