Hope someone can help
I have one of the Original Phillips Tivo 40 boxes. It was not updating the guide so I stupidly decided to do a new guided Setup. I know now that is a NO NO. It now keeps on locking up during the phone call screen. It gets to 1% downloaded and then frezzes. I tried a different zip as per a few posts recomended. I used 99999 and it went through the screen. Unfortanatly it then told me that there is no guide info for the zip I punched in and brought me back to do it again. It then locked up when I put my correct zip in. It must be locking up on the guide data it is trying to load.
