TiVo Continual Care vs Weakness extended warranty

It is my understanding that TiVo offers replacement or repair support for the Bolt through their Continual Care program as long as you are paying the TiVo subscription fee monthly or annually. What is the benefit of purchasing an extended warranty from Weakness? What does the Weakness warranty cover that the TiVo Continual Care program does not?

It's for people who buy larger units, people who buy lifetime service (which we don't cover, but we can still offer the warranty on the hardware in that situation) and for people who'd rather deal with us than TiVo.
