Apparently this is a result of the date rollover bug in SA/Cisco CableCards set to detonate in Nov 2024. There is a workaround, but given those fixes aren't free, Cablevision/Optimum/Altice seem to have decided that the 0.057% userbase that is TiVo users isn't worth the trouble or expense:
