Someone please, please tell me if I should ditch DirecTV as I'm desperately waiting for the new DirecTV-TIVO HD model to come out. Does anybody know? Does DirecTV even know? I hear AT&T U-verse is pretty cool.

The DirecTV - TIVO date may be still questionable.
According to this article (http://www.tvpredictions.com/tdirectv082610.htm) and a couple of other articles that I saw yesterday, the date is still questionable. It seems that everyone has HD but me. Is TIVO compatible with U-verse?Comment

Nope. TiVo works with FiOS, antenna, and cable, but not U-Verse.Been here a long time . . .Comment
