Connecting a Mini via Wireless Adapter
I am thinking of purchasing a Mini to connect to a television in a room where I don't have a convenient ethernet cord or outlet. If the Tivo Bolt or Tivo Roamio unit I am connecting the Mini to is hard-wired into my network, can I successfully use a wireless adapter to connect the Mini? Or must the Mini also be connected by ethernet? The room should have great wireless connectivity, as it is where my network router is located.

You can use a Mini Vox with the Wifi adapter even if the main TiVo is wired - no problem that way at all.Been here a long time . . . -

I plugged in a new TiVo Wifi Adapter into my Mini Vox and repeated the setup and it does not show up as an option. Only Ethernet and Moca. What am I doing wrong?Comment
