Hi,
I just received the WK Modem kit for a Sony Tivo, SVR-2000.
The built in modem still works, but will not hang up, so I have to force a daily call and then unplug the phone cord.
I can make a test call with the external modem, but when I try to make a daily call the modem never connects to the phone line. The call obviously fails. I have a cordless phone that shows when the line is busy. On the test call the cordless shows busy, on a daily call it never shows busy.
What can I do?
