Hello Community,

Since the first of the year, the satellite programming guide will not download from the satellite feed from my Direct Tivo. I have had my box for about 8 years and it worked fine up until the first of the year (2013). I can receive transmission from most channels, although some are very pixelated, but no programming guide or season pass recordings. Has anyone else had this trouble? I am restarting the Tivo right now to see if this remedies the problem. Any thoughts or solutions would be appreciated.
