tivo series2 not recognizing pc

i can see the recordings on my pc from the tivo

i can see the pc on my tivo, but i cant get any files. video, photo, music...

tivo software is latest upgrade

the videos i want to see are mp4.

the folders are listed under video. when i try to to transfer it says unable to access the account information for the selected dvr's

the pc and tivo are on the same network.

please help. this is driving me crazy.

Are you using the right Media Access Key? What software are you running on the PC?
