I'm thinking of buying a Premier, but if I do I'll need to cancel the Tivo subscription for my current older HD TIVO so stay within budget.
With that said, I'll obviously be able to record programming via the Premier. But can my older HD TIVO access that programming over my home network? Can I use it as a simple file/tv/movie/program sharing device?
I would only use the HD TIVO to play what was recorded on the Premier.
