I have a Philips Series 1 TiVo--PVR-100, I believe, currently hooked up to a Vonage VOIP line with max bandwidth (90kbs). This unit worked properly when hooked to a POTS line but won't work on the VOIP line. From this forum and others I've seen, I purchased your external modem as a solution to this problem. I've hooked up your modem as per your instructions, but my test calls have failed with the message "no response". I have verified that the modem is making the call and attempting to connect by listening in on the call. The Stereo -to-DB9 cable I used came with the Series 2 TiVo I purchased in November 2005, but because I hear the system dial and attempt to connect, I cannot believe that this is the problem. Can someone help? Thank you.
