Can I use DirecTV DVRs to get/record free digital broadcast TV

My wife and I are downsizing our expenses as we become empty-nesters and I own 4 Direct TV DVRs with lifetime TIVO licenses. I have analog converters and was wondering if I can use these TIVOs to record and pause the signals etc, and cancel our DirectTV ?

Sorry, but no. DIRECTV DVRs can only be used with DIRECTV.
