I have two Weaknees Phillips DSR7000's. I want to hook them up via a wireless connection and have the TIVO wireless adapters. However, my USB ports apparantly aren't activated and I only get Phone option in Settings, not Networking and Phone. How can I activate the USP ports?

We don't sell or support any products that enable networking on DirecTV boxes, but there is a product called PTVnet that is probably what you're looking for.Been here a long time . . . -
Thank you. My primary reason for this is to connect to Tivo through the internet rather than a phone line (which I do not have in this room). The connection of two or more Tivos is secondary.Comment

Really, the DSR7000 doesn't need to dial in. It'll complain, but work fine. It gets its guide data from the satellite, not the phone line. PPV is the only real problem here.Been here a long time . . .Comment
