Downlaoding and Playing Back Movies on my TIVO Series 3

TIVO allows to playback d/loaded movies from my pc, any good sites to d/load from? Ares, BearShare, etc.?

What particular formats will TIVO accept?

I placed one movie in the respective TIVO folder per the instructions and when I went to play it I could not find it anywhere?

Anyone else have this problem?

They have to be certain formats.
