Mix HD Tivo and FIOS DVR?

I'm planning to start up with FIOS HD. The plan is to use thier DVR in my bedroom and have a remote STB in the basement. The Den however will need a bigger HDD. Since I cannot find anything about adding HDD capacity to the Motorolla 6416 I plan to get an HD Tivo with a HDD swap.
The question that I have is....is there a way that I can move the content from the HD Tivo to another room? I have CAT5 in all locations.

That really isn't possible w/Cat 5 unless you have another TiVo in the other room.
