I'm having issues with my recently replaced dual tuner series two. I've run through the guided setup multiple times, and my video inputs appear correctly (One digital cable, and one basic cable through a Comcast box).

However, when I actually go to watch live TV, both of my tuners show only basic cable channels. I've gone back to the video setup multiple times, where it asks if I see the cable box channel correctly (which I do) and if I see the basic cable correctly (which I do), and then gives me an error message (message 86) about not being able to load data correctly.

Please help!?!?
