I ordered and received a TIVO up-grade kit 7 months ago. I got the 165 hour up-grade for a Sony SVR-2000. It worked fine up until Friday night. It restarts itself during live TV viewing and when I try to view a recorded program. Also, it sometimes only partially records a scheduled program recording. I looked at the trouble-shooting guide on your website - it seems like a failed hard-drive is the culprit. The TIVO unit is in a well-ventilated area and my temps are in the low 30s. I wanted to know what the warranty is on this upgrade kit. Thanks in advance!
