Replacement of Hard Drive doesn't work

I just bought a replace kit from weaKnees for my HR10-250. I installed the drive and when I power it on, it's stuck at the Welcome. Powering Up screen. This is the same behaviour I had with the other drive. Some other problem? What should I do now?

It is possible that you have a problem other than a drive problem, but if you want to email us with your order info, we can take a look at your order.
