I have purchased a couple of hard drives that were pulled from TIVO units. I would like to convert them into external hard drives for my computer storage. Is there a way to do that and if so how?
Sure - you'll need an external enclosure for each. After you attach them to your computer, you may need a formatting utility, or the computer may just be able to format them directly.
