HR10-250 overheating issues

I just got a HR10-250 from a store that was closing. Got it home and when I plugged it in it shows the Welcome, then just a few minutes more screens before going to a blue overheating page.

I did research and the popular theories were the HDMI card or the Power supply. I pulled the daughter card and it didn't help. Is there any way to confirm that it's the power supply. If not, are there any other possibilities?

Really, the only way to be sure it's the power supply is to swap it. Beyond that and the HDMI, it's motherboard damage.

Been here a long time . . .
