I have a series 3 HD Tivo that is several months old and not working correctly. Tivo has agreed to swap the unit. Right now we've go a bunch of shows on the old box that we'll loose when we return it to Tivo. I asked the Tivo customer rep. if it was possible to move that content from the old box to the new. She told me no. But there is what Tivo says is possible and what really is possible. Anyone know a way I can transfer these shows to the replacement Tivo. Of course I can't readily open the old box because that would void the warranty and mess up the exchange.
