What harddrive is in DSR7000

I have DTV Tivo system. The machine identifies itself as a RCA DSR7000/17. But I have seen it online as a Philips. The hard drive is failing and I want to replace it. I'm hoping someone could tell me what kind of hard drive is in it so I can get the new one before dismantling my A/V system and Tivo box. Any ideas?

It says it's an RCA? Philips definitely made that model. Where did you get this info?

You need more than just a blank drive - it needs to be preformatted with the correct TiVo software in Linux. If you figure out the correct model number, you can look it up and then order a "replace" kit from here:
