hugheshdvr2 acting up

i have a hdvr2 that i just replaced the drive and it works great except it will record when it wants. sometimes even channels i dont recieve.i check the to do list and nothing shows up then all of a sudden i see the red light on and its recording some off the wall show.any ideas????

You just need to go in to your TiVo Preferences and set auto-record to 'off' for TiVo Suggestions.
