Tivo Mini does not start up

I have had Tivo for over a year now. My Tivo Mini, the past month will not start up when the tv is turned on. I have to unplug the unit and plug it back in. Once it goes through the start up procedure it will work fine until it is turned off and then turned on again. Any reasons as to why this is happening? How do I fix this?

They never really go off, so I can't really figure that out. Are you sure it's getting good power all of the time?
