    From posts Ive read someone mentioned that they were getting VOD via their series 3 TIVO.
    My question is is it possible to get the Video On Demand from our provider with a TIVO, until
    this point I thought it was just something you needed to use the providers DVR for.

    My provider is Verizon FiOS
    it would be pretty cool to get the VOD ability since we have 5 Tivos in the house series 3 or newer.

    Here's a good page of what VOD works on what hardware:

    For cable providers, Xfinity is the only one that has a big footprint of areas where it works with TiVo, and it requires Series 4/5/6 hardware.

      Thanks for the info, I have had Tivos since the early 2000's 2002 I think and so kind of go used to not having VOD...so wont miss it if it isnt available on my new Bolt+
      still would be kinda cool
