Well Archie, there doesn't seem to be many answers to the R10 problems that we are having. After reading a bit about tivo, I will assume that you are having problems with a corrupt hard drive. I know weaknees here, does sell replacement drives, and you can click on their logo at the top of the page and it will take you to the repair site. If you ask questions there, they will get answered quicker, as I am still waiting for someone here to answer. Good luck and check out their replacement recommendations.
