Stuck on powerup with Replace Kit harddrive

  • Stuck on powerup with Replace Kit harddrive

    Installed a new hard drive from Weaknees and it stays on Powerup
    I put the old drive back in and it works

    So, it has to be the hard drive right? A failure? Might it be the jumper settings?

    I also can't get a response from weaKnees about how to exchange the drive... getting a little concerned about their customer service and whether or not I'm screwed. Can anyone shed light on how to get this traded out for a working drive?

    We're here, and we've been responding to the emails (we've seen that you say you haven't received them). Could they be stuck in your spam filter?

      Thanks but no, nothing, and I use Yahoo Mail so all filtered "spam" is saved in a bulk folder. I have no record of anything from you guys.
      Just the same, I've added a filter to move anything from weaKnees to my inbox. If you don't mind giving it one more shot; I appreciate it.
