  • Pioneer Series 2 810H

    My Pioneer Series 2 doesn't have a picture since installing a Cox Digital Box. TiVo rep said the digital box has a higher bandwidth so the Pioneer Series 2 model 810H with a burner and lifetime subscription won't work. Does anyone know if something can be done to fix this problem?

    You need to redo Guided Setup and tell your TiVo that you are using a cable box now. It'll ask you for the details.

          You aren't going to get a digital signal out of your cable box. That signal will be analog into the TiVo. That's the only way your TiVo will continue to work.
