I just bought a Slide Pro remote this past December and it is already dead.
I think the ribbon cable has come loose, as it is now looping out over the "1" and "2" buttons and back in, whenever the keyboard is extended.
I cannot figure out how to disassemble this remote.
Does anyone know how? Is there a hidden screw?
The design is different than the original slide, which had an exposed screw in the battery compartment.
