I've noticed that my newer TiVo Premier is much slower in general than my older TiVo when it comes to things like entering Netflix, navigating menus, or accessing network related apps. I often get a spinning blue wheel. I know the newer TiVo GUI has a lot more going on that requires network access but you would think the newer models would be faster with no lag. My network is very fast and the TiVo's are hard wired to the network. My older TiVo is much more responsive and my blu ray player accesses Netflix and other network related functions almost instantaneously. Also, I've never been able to get Xfinity On Demand to work with my TiVo Premiere.
