160GB HDD to a 500GB HDD. Will It Work???

With WinMFS Beta 9.3 and a dual docking station can I successfully clone my 160GB Tivo HDD to a Toshiba 500GB SATA HDD from my laptop?

I'm pretty sure it will work but I would like some confirmation. Thanks.
