I just received a new Series 3 power supply from your company. The instruction said I needed a Torx T8 and T10 to make the switch so I ordered the 3-pack of Torxs you sell. However, none of them will allow me to remove the small screw which attaches the power supply to the back of the case. Is there a way to remove this screw? Thank you for your time!
